Delivery
Product Availability
We aim to maintain sufficient stock levels of all products in order to fulfil our customers’ orders, however ultimately all orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order we will notify you of it’s expected availability and, if you prefer, will refund you the amount of the unavailable items, using the original method of payment.
In orders where there are multiple items – some available and some unavailable – we will not delay the despatch of the available items unless requested by the customer – we believe that you should receive the products you buy in as timely a fashion as possible!
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are currently only available for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom and BFPO. Shipments outside of the United Kingdom / BFPO are not available at this time.
Shipping
We make every effort to despatch your order within 5 business days of the date of your order. If there are circumstances that prevent this we will inform you of the delay and handle the order as per para 1 above. Business day means Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Delivery Time
We use Royal Mail 1st Class Letter or Parcel as standard, and are subject to the normal Royal Mail delivery Terms and Conditions.

Postage Costs
Royal Mail 1st Class postage costs are included on all of our products as standard – we believe in simplicity!
On larger orders we will use ‘Tracked 24’ Royal Mail parcel delivery at no additional cost. The Royal Mail details are published here: https://www.royalmail.com/sending/uk/tracked-24
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return a non personalised item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once received, we will process a full refund within 3 working days.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@vital-ground.co.uk with details of the product and the defect. To assist us in understanding the fault we may ask for photographs or for the product to be returned.
Once we receive your email we will discuss with you the best way to remedy the fault, this includes, but is not limited to, replacement of faulty parts, replacement of the product in full or a refund.
If you are entitled to a full replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Damage During Shipping
